Do I need to be recovering from an injury?
No. This is for healthy athletes who want to stay that way. Performance training with resilience baked in, not rehab.
What equipment do I need?
A barbell, rack, and dumbbells cover most of it. Standard commercial gym is more than enough.
How many days per week?
4 days per week with built-in rest days. Sessions run 60 to 75 minutes.
Is this too basic for an intermediate lifter?
No. Loading is RPE-based so it scales to your level. Phase 3 will challenge experienced lifters.
