Injury Prevention & Rehab

Does the $250 include nutrition coaching?
Yes, nutrition is part of every coaching relationship. You get a custom nutrition plan and ongoing guidance built into the monthly rate. It's not an add-on.
How does form review work?
Send me video of any lift over WhatsApp and I'll get back to you with a personal breakdown. You get real technical feedback, not a list of generic cues.
Do you offer meet prep?
Yes. If you have a meet on the calendar, I build the whole program around that date. That means a full peaking block, attempt selection going in, and a game plan for meet day.
What if I'm dealing with an injury?
We work around it. I adjust programming to protect what's hurt and keep you training everywhere else. The goal is to stay in the gym and keep moving forward, not to shut everything down.
Is there a long-term commitment?
No contracts, just month-to-month. That said, the athletes who stick with it for 3 months or more are the ones who see the biggest changes. Real progress takes time.
